Sports Studio Casting is hosting a casting call on Friday, June 25. They are looking for people, ages 16-30, who want to show off their athletic and acting abilities to Sports Coordinator Extraordinaire Mark Ellis. Athletes and actors alike will be run through a set of combine like drills where their athletic skill will be assessed by the Sports Studio team. A select number of these participants will have the opportunity to audition and read lines in front of a Hollywood Casting Director.

Battle By The Beach 4 Annual Lacrosse Tournament

This is a Spring Tournament made up of about 30 teams from La, MS, Al, last year .
Varsity , JV, & Middle School or U15 Boys & Girls.
2010 will be our 4th year .
We may change the format for 2010 because of the growth of the tournament .
I have already received emails & verbal commitments from teams in Tenn, IL, La, MS, TX, Al, & Michigan Teams.
The tournament will take place on March 13 & 14 2010 in Ocean Springs MS .
I'll keep you posted .

College Game: The college game is a regular season scheduled game for LSU and Ole Miss. Both colleges have been generous enough to play the game at 6pm on Saturday evening at their own expense.
Again, it is free to the public, they are supporting youth lacrosse by playing their game during our Battle By the Beach Tournament and we should support their game.
It is not often that they get to play in front of a large groups, let's show them our support.

The Ocean Springs Lacrosse Teams and the Battle By The Beach Tournament would like to thank everyone again for all their support. This has been an annual family event for the last three years, we hope everyone has a great time and a fun filled weekend of Lacrosse.

The 2010 Paul Skrzypek Memorial Lacrosse Tournament AKA The Big Turkey Tourney will be played on the turf fields located at Camp Dawson in Montville, New Jersey hosted by the Montville Lacrosse Club.

This is a 7v7 Tournament; there will be six fields playing at the same time.

All teams are guaranteed to play a minimum of four games.Pool winners will advance to the Tournament Championship Game where the Championship Team will be crowned with a collectors Tournament Champion T-Shirt for all player’s and Coaches on the winning team.

There will be three main divisions: Youth, High School, and Masters.

Seventy four teams will compete over a 3 day period in our 'almost' mile high city in the largest facility of it's kind in North America.
