I'm just starting lax and I'm wondering what stuff I need to play?


ANSWER
You will need the following:
A Stick
Start with a 30 inch Stick hard or soft mesh.
Helmet
Gloves
Arm Pads
Shoulder Pads
Shoes
Mouth Piece
Cup
