Berlin Lacrosse is looking for a new women's head coach

Who we are :

The BLAX – Berlin Lacrosse Club – founded in 1993 - is the oldest and most traditional Lacrosse Club in Germany. In 2008 BLAX joined one of the biggest sports clubs in Berlin - the Sport Club Charlottenburg and now competes under the name SCC BLAX.

The women’s sector has two women teams and one youth team.
We are looking for a coach for all three women’s team, whereas the two senior teams practice together.

The BLAX women’s team used to play in the most competitive German league – the North league. Three years ago BLAX decided to support the foundation of new teams in the eastern part of Germany and founded the east league to give these teams a place to compete. The east league has grown to five teams so far.

Starting:
As soon as possible (latest : Mid Feb) – Contract for at least two Years/two complete Seasons (Seasons starts in September and ends in June)

We are looking for a lacrosse coach, who has been playing lacrosse her/himself and has already gained some coaching experience.
Coach duties:
Practice twice a week in the evening (2h womens and 1,5h youth) Attending Team Meetings Attending games on the weekends
Attending Play-offs and German Championships

Our goals are set - Becoming German Champion (last year we were 4th)
Growing as a team and gaining new players

A little stipendia will be provided. We’ll assist you in finding an apartment and job.
