BlueGrass Bats Defend Lax-N-ati title

The BlueGrass Bats defended their title at the 2010 Lax-N-ati tournament to secure a bid to the Dick's National Championship held in Tampa during New Years. The Bats were able to hold off a tenacious Velocity team during the championship game to win 5-4. Solid ball control and tenacious defense helped the Bats. Batcager Sears was instrumental in cage, making numerous point blank saves to help motivate the Bats offense and direct the defense. The Bats defeated Velocity last year in another one goal game to advance.
