Established in 2009, the Des Moines Demons Lacrosse Club is a men's team located in Des Moines, IA. Our first year (2009) is dedicated to getting up and running and spreading lacrosse throughout the metro. We plan to play some exhibition games against teams in Omaha and Kansas City this year with our ultimate goal being membership in the Great Plains Lacrosse League beginning in 2010. Players 18 and older are welcome regardless of experience, but you must supply your own equipment.
