I am assisting in introducing and developing Lacrosse in Eastern Europe and more specifically in Bulgaria. Growing interest has brought up the need for equipment. Sadly, most of the young people concerned are not able to afford the price for new equipment. The reason for my inquiry is to perhaps obtain some information on existing programs where Lacrosse equipment is recycled or re-distributed.
