High School boys lax question: Goalie receives non-releasable penalty for 2 minutes for slashing. Is it allowable to warm the new goalie up or must he come in cold? I was told that he is allowed 1 minute for warm-up. I have never heard of this being allowed before. Please let me know! Thanks!
