International mens lacrosse is governed by the International Lacrosse Federation - ILF. Their mission is to provide resources, support, and a championship structure for Men's Lacrosse.

Information has now been posted on the 2008 Under-19 website with regard to the Youth Invitational Tournament being held in conjunction with the U-19
event. Please check out the site and if any members are interested in participating, please contact the parties listed. It looks like it will be an excellent event along side the main tournament
