I'm going to be coaching and I forget which attackman, middie, and defenseman is the right one or the left one...when I call them out or substitute I would appreciate knowing where to direct them!

ANSWER Most people call out the players left or right as facing the opponents net. Imagine all the players on the field looking away from your own goal. Hope that helps.
