Midwest lax

Well I'm originally from Minnesota but I'm currently working at a children's camp in St. Charles Iowa. I'm 18 years old and lacrosse has always been a major part of my life ever since I found out about the sport. I'm going to be playing for a D1 midwest school in Minnesota this fall at SCSU. I currently am staying with my buddy in Urbandale, IA and was wondering if there are any summer/weekend/ fun leagues I can join and just play lacrosse. I haven't met too many people that plays lax here in Iowa, so when I found a few sites for lax in Ia, I was pretty excited. I would love to get more info about the area's lax or just get a group of guys together on the weekends and rip some lax. Thanks.
