Oak Mountain Lacrosse Club

Oak Mountain Lacrosse Club was started by Jim Jazinski in the summer of 2012. It is a select team that travels to tournaments and plays against other select teams in the south. With coaches for offense, defense and conditioning, this start-up team won over 50% of their games in the first season. Players in middle school and high school, from all over the Birmingham area, came together to create a first rate, well run, well coached program for summer lacrosse in Alabama. An excellent program that develops players, focuses on skill sets, movements of offense and defense, body positioning, strength, speed, agility, footwork, and teamwork. Rating: A++
