Vinton Lacrosse

Through the help from the County of Roanoke and the Vinton Boosters, Matt Viar has brought lacrosse back to Vinton, Virginia. After a period of eight years the progam is once again alive through the support of parents and players in our area. The inaugural season with the Boosters aid will be an enthusiastic start to what we hope to be a lasting program in this location. There are several local area schools that have inducted a program into this region and show that the sport is consistently growing. The beginning of a new team with players eager to become a part of a great traditional sport and the coaching staff with a love for the spirit of the game will make this a season to remember. Lacrosse is back in Vinton.
